At this Home in Morley, the healthy system was producing more earth leakage that a 18th edition split board rcd could allow. This meant that the rcd would activate during normal use. To prevent this from occurring I replaced the fuse box with a modern fusebox that allows 30mA of earth leakage per circuit rather than a total of 30mA earth leakage for 4 circuits. After the fuse board upgrade the home owner had no more interruptions with their supply of electric within their home.
