I completed a electrical installation condition report (EICR) on this home in Woodhouse, Leeds, LS2. Main things wrong with the installation, excluding the nest of wires hat could be hiding a lot. 1) 4 of the circuits had no rcd protection. 2) Testing showed the rcd not to be faulty. 3) Current wiring regulations state that the correct t manufactures protective devices ( fuses) should be used and not an assortment of fuses that happen to be available at the time.
