At this home off Kirkstall Road, in Burley, Leeds, LS2. When the bathroom light is switched on the fan turns on automatically and stays on for 10 minutes once the light is switched off. The 10 minutes allows the steam from the shower to be extracted reducing the chance of mould. This is good but can wake people up at night time, so I have added a small night light that comes on at night time automatically at night when needed.
